Denmark stocks lower at close of trade |
Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in theFinancials, Oil & Gas and Personal & Household Goods sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.12%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab , which rose 1.10% or 10.0 points to trade at 923.0 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord added 1.05% or 1.4 points to end at 135.0 and Novo Nordisk B was up 0.76% or 2.8 points to 370.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Jyske Bank A/S, which fell 3.27% or 9.4 points to trade at 278.5 at the close. FLSmidth & Co. declined 2.13% or 5.6 points to end at 257.3 and Danske Bank A/S was down 2.08% or 3.7 points to 174.3.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 78 to 63 and 21 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for May delivery was down 2.62% or 0.99 to $36.76 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June fell 2.51% or 1.00 to hit $38.84 a barrel, while the June Gold contract rose 1.36% or 16.60 to trade at $1240.40 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.18% to 6.5405, while EUR/DKK fell 0.03% to 7.4409. Like To Read More America Share News.
